Spares and Materials Expeditor

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for Facilitating and Expediting the flow of Spares, Materials, and Information, between Production and AMO Stores. Deal directly with these departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of Spares and Materials to appropriate locations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effective delivery of critical resources, such as Spares, and Materials.
- Communicate with Stores supervisors, Team leaders to ensure due dates are met, bottlenecks are resolved.
- Monitor departmental inventory and coordinate releases and receipts of Spares and Materials.
- Monitor open work orders for backfills that can be completed.
- Monitor Service Orders and follow up for Service Orders picks as necessary.
- Analyse service orders to see due dates, comments from suppliers and communicate to stores team and AMO.
- Perform all work in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience with computers is an asset.
- Experience with expediting and coordinating material and spares deliveries.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude

- AMO and Production - closely communicate needs.
- Supervisors, Team Leads - communication of priorities.
**Educational or Academic Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
