**Production Expeditor - Full Time and Permanent**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective delivery of critical resources, such as schedule/priority information, materials, and work orders
- Communicate with material planners, supervisors, group leaders, inspectors, and the supply chain manager to ensure due dates are met, bottlenecks are resolved, and departmental performance is tracked to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor departmental inventory and coordinate releases and receipts of material
- Analyze vendor orders to limit part shortages
- Analyze production orders to limit part shortages
- Perform all work in accordance with Health and Safety policies
- Ensure transactions are completed in a timely manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Experience with ordering processes and related paperwork
- Experience with expediting and coordinating material deliveries
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude

**Working Relationships**:

- Quality Control - coordinating of inspections based on schedule/priority
- Materials - coordinating timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Manufacturing Engineering - coordinating timely delivery of work orders
- Supervisors, Team Leads - communication of priorities.

**Educational or Academic Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
