Administrative Support

The Administrative Support role assists the organization in meeting service level objectives by updating client information and producing accurate documents.
- Work in our processing team to submit requests to insurance companies
- Assist with Front Reception Duties (phones, courier, mail, deposits)
- Enter client claim reports and billing notices
- Complete duties according to corporate policies and procedures
**Core Competencies**:
- Insurance knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and electronic file environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
