What You Do: *
- Monitor and analyze website performance and share results to the Director (traffic sources, conversion rate, bounce rate, # transactions and abandonment issues).
- Research new audience markets to target based on market trends and data analytics.
- Act as a support for UX testing in collaboration with the IT team.
- Identify keyword and campaign structure gaps to optimize campaigns and content for SEO and Google Analytics.
- Communicate and document A/B test plans and results.
**What is Required to Do Your Job**:
- Current or previous education in marketing or business
- Experience in digital marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Interest and passion for sales and marketing
- Resourceful, open-minded and eager to learn
- Good knowledge and autonomy in the use of technologies
- Recognized for excelling in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Shopify are assets

Le ou la stagiaire en marketing numérique et par courriel sera responsable de soutenir la directrice de l’expérience client en implémentant et optimisant différents outils et campagnes visant à contribuer au développement de l’entreprise. Ce poste est un rôle de soutien pour différents canaux, ainsi que pour l’exécution de projets : campagnes par courriel, veille du site web, campagnes promotionnelles, lancement de produits, etc.

Ce que vous ferez : *
- Réaliser des campagnes de marketing par courriel et leurs flux sur la base des besoins et du calendrier des envois, tout en tenant compte des publics cibles.
- Élaborer les campagnes par courriel, exécuter les envois et rendre compte des résultats.
- Exécuter les initiatives de personnalisation et de tests A/B avec les campagnes et flux courriel et SMS.
- Surveiller et analyser les performances des courriels et partager vos impressions et résultats avec la directrice (taux d’ouverture, CTOR, résultats des tests A/B, revenus/courriel, etc.)
- Tenir à jour les segments de courriels en fonction des différentes propriétés de segmentation.
