BRP, a powersports company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Program & French Digital Field Advisor to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Program & French Digital Field Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day performance of our digital turnkey marketing solutions, as well as supporting the field team in enrolling our French-speaking dealers in these solutions.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Ensure the performance of digital marketing solutions for dealerships.

Analyze data and present findings to internal stakeholders and dealerships.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives.

Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to management on new developments and opportunities.

Provide training and support to the field team to ensure successful implementation of these solutions.

Enroll French-speaking dealers in our digital programs and ensure they are optimized for their needs.

Provide consultation to dealerships on best practices in digital marketing for the powersports industry.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Fluent in French and English.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or related industry.

Experience in managing digital programs is a plus.
(CRM, social media, website, and lead management systems)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience with Google Analytics, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to analyze data and present findings to internal stakeholders and dealerships.

Passion for the powersports industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Willingness & Capacity to travel to field locations.
