Digital Marketing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**
- Aid in website management and optimizations (Shopify), including uploading new products, photos, data entry (product descriptions), updating categories, web assets and other ad hoc requests
- Support in web performance reporting (daily conversion reporting, loyalty etc.)
- Work with copy team & graphic designers on the creation of web assets for new collection campaigns, sales events, and other ad hoc needs
- Conduct an analysis of current trends, market opportunities, product assortment, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences within specific product categories
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the execution of the promotional calendar (product releases, special offers, sales events etc.)
- Participate in quarterly and monthly planning projects to further enhance the online shopping experience
- Execute ongoing competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our online experience
- Assist the Web Product Specialist and Digital Strategy Manager in the execution of web merchandising, overlays, quarterly strategy development, A/B testing, and reporting
- Aid in the day-to-day management of the Frank Rewards loyalty program
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects as needed (affiliates, direct mail campaigns, paid ads, etc)
**Potential Projects**
- Participate in the planning, strategy and execution of our largest sales events of the year (Black Friday & Cyber Week)
- Contribute in improving our website performance and customer experience/flow to maximize our peak traffic periods
- Help manage and improve our Affiliate & Partnership channel to become a strong contributor to overall online sales

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

**Principales responsabilités**
- Aider à la gestion et à l'optimisation du site web (Shopify), y compris le téléchargement de nouveaux produits, de photos, la saisie de données (descriptions de produits), la mise à jour des catégories, les actifs web et d'autres demandes ad hoc
- Aider à l'élaboration de rapports sur les performances du site web (rapports quotidiens sur les conversions, la fidélité, etc.)
- Travailler avec l'équipe de rédaction et les graphistes sur la création d'actifs web pour les campagnes de nouvelles collections, les événements de vente et d'autres besoins ad hoc
- Effectuer une analyse des tendances actuelles, des opportunités de marché, de l'assortiment de produits, du paysage concurrentiel et des préférences des consommateurs dans des catégories de produits spécifiques
- Collaborer avec les équipes du marketing et des opérations pour assurer l'exécution du calendrier promotionnel (sorties de produits, offres spéciales, événements de vente, etc.)
- Participer aux projets de planification trimestriels et mensuels afin d'améliorer l'expérience d'achat en ligne
- Effectuer une analyse continue de la concurrence et recommander des stratégies et des tactiques pour améliorer notre expérience en ligne
- Assister le spécialiste des produits web et le responsable de la stratégie numérique dans l'exécution du merchandising web, des superpositions, du développement de la stratégie trimestrielle, des tests A/B et des rapports
