Bilingual Provider Relations Communications Specialist

If this sounds like you, consider joining the Express Scripts Canada’s Provider Relations Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Provider Relations, you will be responsible for creating content directed at healthcare providers across Canada.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Liaises Indigenous Services Canada for the production and approval of communications.
Works collaboratively to create quarterly work plans for the creation and distribution of newsletters.
Creates newsletters for all benefits, coordinating approvals with Indigenous Services Canada for the overall distribution to healthcare providers.
Creates and revises forms and templates (all benefits) for upload to the NIHB website. Creates and revises Book of Business (BoB) forms (applicable benefits) for the upload to the Corporate Website (as required).
Manages all functions of the NIHB Provider and Client Website, including uploads, website revisions, etc.
Creates all Alerts, Announcements, and Call Centre Updates. Creates and circulates Q&As to support internal departments.
Revises and maintains provider manuals, coordinating content and approvals internally (including the legal department).
Schedules timely communications distribution. Responsible to provide advanced notice to all pharmacy chains and associations prior to the distribution of communications.
Creates and maintains all department standard letters, correspondence, fax covers, etc.
Maintains department Administrative Procedure Manuals (APM)
Key resource on department project work.
Liaises with external professional associations and pharmacy chains, coordinating new projects, communications, procedures, etc.
Supports the Provider Relations Department in provider contract amendments.
**Qualifications**:
Post-secondary diploma, degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of communications experience is required
French (verbal and written) is a requirement
Knowledge of managed healthcare/pharmacy, MS&E or Dental benefit administration and claims processing is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong grammar and attention to detail
Self-driven, curious, ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on quality and accuracy
Creative problem solver with positive influencing abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsabilités principales
Collaborer avec Services aux Autochtones Canada pour la production et l’approbation des communications.
Participer à la production de plans de travail trimestriels aux fins de rédaction et de distribution des bulletins.
Rédiger des bulletins relatifs à tous les services offerts dans le cadre du Programme des SSNA de Services aux Autochtones Canada et coordonner les approbations afin d’assurer la distribution des bulletins destinés aux fournisseurs de soins de santé.
Créer et modifier les gabarits (tous les services) ainsi que les formulaires afin de les publier sur le site Web d’Express Scripts Canada destiné aux fournisseurs et aux clients du Programme des SSNA. Créer et modifier les formulaires des clients du bloc d’affaires pour les services applicables aux fins de publication sur le site Web de l’entreprise, au besoin.
Gérer le site Web destiné aux fournisseurs et aux clients du Programme des SSNA, y compris la publication de documents et les mises à jour.
Rédiger toutes les alertes, les annonces et les mises à jour relatives au Centre d’appels. Rédiger et distribuer des foires aux questions à l’intention des services de l’entreprise.
Réviser et mettre à jour les manuels destinés aux fournisseurs et coordonner le contenu et les approbations à l’interne (y compris celles du Service du contentieux).
