**About the role**

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst, **HCM (Human Capital Management), **to join the global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team.

Reporting to the **IS&T Business Partner
- Functions,** collaborating with our HR customer group, and other IS&T teams, to define, deploy and support their solutions. You will be responsible for:

- Build strong and enduring relationships with customers across the HR/Time/Payroll process by understanding and confirming business requirements and priorities with customers, across workforce scheduling, Time & Attendance and Payroll, and Benefits, and collaborating with the existing development project teams across the lifecycle of design, build, test and deploy.
- Provide strong functional capability in **SAP HCM**and/or **Workforce Software **to our customers, as well as business analysis, agile delivery, opportunity identification and effective problem solving skills.
- Build strong and enduring relationships with customers across the HR/Time/Payroll process (maintaining open, transparent and regular communications with key stakeholders - including onsite SMEs and broader IS&T team);
- Understand how leading technologies in our landscape such as SAP HCM, Workforce Software, and potentially PowerBI and Microsoft Power Platform can be leveraged to deliver value to HR and Payroll service processing;
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of customer's operations, and business processes across workforce scheduling, time and attendance, labour productivity reporting, and payroll and benefits processing;
- Provide input to, and advice on customers' technology strategies, roadmaps and initiatives to achieve their business objectives;
- Participate in, and provide advice on governance and risk management processes, to ensure safe, stable and secure technology platforms;
- Understand technology partner performance, and hold suppliers (internal & external) accountable for delivery of products and services;
- Ensure effective requirements gathering techniques are used to capture business priorities, demonstrating experience in using agile techniques is preferred but not essential;
- Provide support in high-level scoping and cost estimation of effort required to deliver initiatives and products

**About you**

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

- A can-do attitude, analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Functional skills (not necessarily configuration) in core systems such as SAP payroll, and/or Workforce Software.
- Relevant experience in a similar role and delivering projects and improvements
- College diploma required preferably in IT or Business field
- An obsession with delivering customer value, with the ability to rapidly understand business priorities and become a trusted advisor
- Good business acumen, understanding of organisation strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy
- Strong written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ideally in both English and French, as you will be dealing with stakeholders fluent in both languages
- A broad understanding of established and emerging technological trends that can help enable competitive advantage, including self service, process automation, data analytics, integration etc.)
