Stonewall Glass is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in window and door solutions, auto glass, shower doors and enclosures, custom glass railings, mirrors and custom glass projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing daily operations; ensure that work flows smoothly for installation crews.
- Assign and schedule jobs.
- Motivate the team, demonstrate and enforce high working standards.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety rules are met and support preventive measures to improve overall H&S standards.
- Hiring staff, both administration and installers.
- Looking for new opportunities to make the business more efficient and cost effective.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and evaluate equipment and resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Five or more years' experience in construction; glass experience will be given first priority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed, results orientated and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a 'hands-on' capacity.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of people and provide leadership to all levels of operation.
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office suite
- Ability to read blueprints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
