Sales & Operations Manager

GoliathTech Manitoba is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager. We are a small family run business, run out of Stonewall, MB and have the GoliathTech franchise rights for all of Manitoba, installing helical piles, as well as excavating.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with industry professions through all appropriate sales and marketing techniques, including cold calling, set visits, and in person meetings.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participating in industry events, trade shows, and industry organizations as appropriate
- Manage and evaluate equipment and resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime.
- Assist in the overall marketing effort whenever and wherever possible.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Some travel required.

**Qualifications**:

- Three to five years' experience in construction; foundation experience will be given first priority.
- Self-directed, results orientated and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a 'hands-on' capacity.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of people and provide leadership to all levels of operation.
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office suite
- Ability to read blueprints.

Salaried position with benefits including company vehicle.
