Pentagon Manufacturing is looking for an experienced **I**nventory Control Clerk to take responsibility of organizing, cataloging, and distributing raw materials. This person will be responsible for ensuring raw materials are extremely well organized and catalogued at all times, and are being properly distributed as the jobs require

**Job Duties**
- Maintain immaculate cleaning and organization of raw material
- Use software to create cutting plans that maximize yield
- Ensure accurate assignment of raw materials
- Read and understand drawings and specifications
- Inspect, test or measure incoming materials
- Ensure all quality checks have been completed through our manufacturing process
- Monitor or observe operations to ensure we meet production standards
- Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize processes
- Report to management on activities and issues
- Support production functions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Inventory Control in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Flexibility and availability for shift work & OT as required
- Other duties as assigned

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
