**Position**:Compliance Coordinator
**Location**:9 Channel Nine Court, Toronto, Ontario'

**Salary**: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
**Hours of Work**:40 hours per week. Overtime as required.

**Responsibilities**:
Compliance is seeking a TV aficionado with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to join its Programming team. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate CRTC logs for multiple channels, including daily reconciliation and monthly filing of logs to the CRTC
- Preparing and issuing licence tracking reports and other programming reports as required
- Screening programs for closed captioning, described video and accuracy of CRTC-related programming information as required
- Communicating with other departments and personnel throughout the company to ensure accuracy of information
- Reviewing and understand

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in IBMS is an asset
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, in television or media or a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented and be a clear communicator
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel and Word
- Ability to work well under pressure, possess excellent time management skills, be a self-starter, multi-task and meet assigned deadlines
- Must have a passion for television
- CRTC knowledge preferred
