**Summary**:
Bell Media’s digital content creation team is looking for a multi-platform content creator who lives and breathes all things pop culture and social media. Operating in an extremely fast-paced, exciting, and collaborative environment with globally recognized entertainment brands and series, we create digital and social content that is culturally relevant while standing out in the vast landscape of news, entertainment and lifestyle editorial.

As the Digital and Social Content Producer, you will be responsible for ideation and creation of original content for our Entertainment series (Etalk) and other programs with a specific focus on TikTok and Instagram.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pitch and create compelling and informative social content for brands like Etalk and CTV that showcases brand voice and expertise and actively drives engagement
- Contribute to daily posting and moderating of content across platforms
- Write engaging, effective and clean copy that speaks with authority and familiarity to our audience
- Work with broadcast producers on conceptualizing and executing cross-platform content strategies
- Conduct interviews and work with hosts to produce compelling and trendy digital video content (focus on TikTok and YouTube)
- Moderate, and ensure content is timely, accurate and embodies the voice and tone of our brands
- Produce and package digital assets using TikTok, video apps, Canva and Photoshop
- Assist in the development of social templates and creative
- Lead creative brainstorms, and develop cross platform content plans
- Write and publish relevant web content as needed
- Keep on top of industry news, trends and digital and social innovations
- Monitor metrics to ensure KPIs are being met, and make data-driven content decisions

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a social media producer/editor with proven experience in digital storytelling and audience growth
- Expert knowledge of all social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat
- Passionate interest in entertainment and pop culture; always up-to-date with the latest news, trends and discussions
- Proven critical journalistic approach to entertainment and pop culture news
- High proficiency in using the TikTok app as well as other video creation apps (CapCut, Splice) to produce video content
- Strong design eye and technical skills in Photoshop and Canva
- Experience leveraging social media analytic platforms to inform strategy
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience leading and executing multiple projects at once in an environment that is fast-paced and demands trend-setting creativity amid challenging timelines
- Has strong language and grammar skills and holds high content standards with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and collaborative team player
- Demo reel or portfolio showcasing your social content production experience
- Must be available to work weekends and Monday through Wednesday

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Photography/videography skills
- Experience with social measurement, listening and analytic tools with understanding of KPIs and industry benchmarks
- Knowledge of CMS platforms
- Certifications for YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Analytics
