Our office is based in Collingwood, Ontario, but our work takes us coast to coast.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales and developing strong and lasting relationships with key industrial accounts across Canada, including major players such as Grainger, Fastenal, and Mark’s. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our premium Blundstone Work and Safety boots, showcasing their unmatched quality and premium value.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target and expand key accounts within the industrial sector.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer experience and loyalty.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Blundstone boots to decision-makers and stakeholders within key accounts.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities, including product needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Travel**: Frequent regional and occasional national travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Familiarity with the industrial channel and an understanding of the specific needs related to this channel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel both regionally and nationally.
- Previous experience in the footwear or safety equipment industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Bilingual (French / English) is a strong asset.
