**What’s the role?**
We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics to join the Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the VP, Revenue Operations. This role plays a crucial role in the overall success of the Revenue organization. It is the role of this individual to serve as the catalyst in the execution of building and maintaining a scalable report engine. The role will be tasked with the identifying, capturing, and managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the processes related to supporting these KPI’s. This is an individual contributor role and will not have any direct reports.
- Create, develop and maintain a corporate reporting strategy including standards dashboards and reports to analyze and evaluate revenue KPIs
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports within or sourced from the CRM and other data tools to monitor the progress of revenue activities
- Use SQL and other tools (ex Power BI) to manipulate and consolidate multiple data sets into a consumable and simple format
- Model predictive analytics to drive and support business decisions
- Sell the story behind the data, making connections and recommendations to the business
- Drive data governance including data audits, validations, updates and cleansing logic
- Assist with yearly planning cycles to provide modeling and reporting as required
- Assist in the ongoing support and development of the Sales and Marketing Databases
- Ensure all data capturing processes are maintained
- Suggest process improvement that will drive improved reporting and KPI measurement
- Support the team in the development and roll out of change requests to ensure reporting accuracy is maintained
- Communicate across a variety of functions and levels within the organization
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis, initiatives or special projects as required
**What you offer**
- 5+ years’ experience in an analyst/reporting role
- Advanced knowledge of data modelling and architecture
- Advanced knowledge in data visualization tools (Power BI experience preferred)
- Experience with a CRM system; SFDC preferred
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Advanced user of Excel (PowerPivot, arrays, relationship models, querying, advances formulas)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to exercise excellent discretion and judgment when dealing with confidential information.
- High energy, results oriented with a high sense of urgency.
- Track record of success in working in and influencing a fast-paced, fast-growing global organization.
- Team player with a strong collegial style able to operate at all levels in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
**What we offer**
- The base salary range* for this full-time position is between $90,000 - $110,000
