Position: Warehouse/Dispatch Coordinator

Mullen Trucking Corp provides a diversified transportation and logistics service to customers throughout Canada and the United States - including truckload, mixed load, dedicated services, project management and specialized services. Mullen Trucking has been in business since 1949 and is part of the Mullen Group of Companies.

Job Details:

- Warehouse Operations loading/unloading freight, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Provide diverse operational coverage including dispatch and customer service
- Assign loads, maintain status updates on shipments, modify update or edit orders as required; maintain daily communication with drivers
- Assist drivers with routing and planning, ensuring maximum efficiency is achieved, trouble shooting and resolving day-to-day issues including tech support
- Promote a culture of Safety and Teamwork

- Forklift experience
- Safety conscious, punctual, reliable, ability to adapt to new processes, procedures, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and good time management skills for the timely handling of goods
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision and as part of a team; establish good working relationships with all team members, at both Richmond and Calgary branches; provide coverage during vacation and absences.
- Available outside regular office hours on an occasional basis
