**Job description**

Advance Health and Wellness Centre and Cura Medical Group (our sister company) a multidisciplinary clinic offering Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic Care, Clinical Counseling, Acupuncture, Kinesiology and Personal Training and now, Naturopathic Care, Dietetics and more, are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to cover shifts at both companies.

- **Responsibilities**_
- help our patients feel welcomed
- enforce company policy with all patients
- manage general housekeeping (light cleaning duties)
- able to fold laundry and keep office tidy
- sanitizing high traffic areas
- answer phone calls
- make appointments
- manage health insurance billing
- promote new products/therapies/therapists
- issue invoices
- manage data on excel sheets (if needed)
- collect payments
- keep inventory of medical supplies
- enforce Communicable Disease Protocols
- assist administrators / therapists with other tasks as needed

- Able to work mainly Tuesdays, Wednesday evenings and Thursdays
- minimum of two shifts per week required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
