**Job Summary**

At Karen's Fine Jewellery we are proud to say we have been taking care of our customers for over 26 years. Our store is located at Dufferin Mall (900 Dufferin St. Toronto, Ontario M6H 4A9). Karen's Fine Jewellery is looking for a full-time permanent Sales Manager that will join our family to keep thriving for excellence.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Providing excellent customer service;
- Answering customer questions about products, prices, availability and credit terms;
- Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of the product;
- Ability to work co-operatively alongside others;
- Overseeing storage maintenance which involves restocking, cleaning, etc.;
- Overseeing sales and employees;
- Overseeing the editing of photos and the social media posts;
- Ordering merchandise and other store necessities with the help of the assistant manager.

- Fluent English
- Basic math skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
