The role: Sales Manager

Fully remote (must be based in Toronto) Our client is on a high-growth trajectory to be the #1 turnkey EV Charging solution provider to the private and semi-private EV Charging Marketplace. They are looking for a driven, fully remote Sales Manager to join the team in Ontario. Working closely with the General Manager and President, you'll lead a team of 4 sales reps. In this player-coach atmosphere, you'll focus 60% of your time managing the team and the other 40% creating opportunities for the sales of EV Charging services to developers, property owners, property management companies and condo corporations in the multi-residential and commercial markets. This is a great opportunity for future growth as this opportunity comes with the task of growing the team as you work towards an advancement to Sales Director. Requirements
  • 1-2 years of team management experience
  • Proven sales results with a history of selling to developers, property owners, property management companies and/or condo corporations in the multi-residential and commercial markets. (HVAC, BAS, Solar, EV, etc.)
  • The ideal candidate will have had relevant experience working in a fast paced, start up environment
Compensation
  • $100-$120k base salary
  • Uncapped commission + annual team performance bonus (First year OTE $170-$180k)
  • 3 weeks vacation to start
  • 100% fully remote
