Responsibilities:
We are a B2B drapery hardware wholesaler, handling all our retail customer concerns. We launched a new website in July 2023.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy when necessary.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in team meetings

**Requirements**:

- Collegiate certificate in book keeping / accounting.
- Previous experience in a customer service role if possible.
- Strong communication skills, French and english, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage 300 cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
