Administrative Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provides support for the Accounting Department by doing data entry.
- Provides support for the Shipping Deparment.
- Act as backup for the front desk/reception.
- Act as backup for phytosanitary certificiates for shipment of plants and liaises with custom broker for trucks en route to the US. Checks phytosanitary numbers.
- Provides support to Sales Manger by preparing quote, entering orders, Invoices, printing tags and preparing all necessary permits and paperwork as needed.
**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of previous office experience.
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
Requirement:
Ability of Speak English and Punjabi.
Must have your own transporation as location is not assible to public transit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Mission, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
