**Your Opportunity**

We have a term project position that requires a Project Administrator to be part of our team. As a Project Administrator, you will work as part of an integrated and multidisciplined project team that is delivering a complex project in Norway House, Manitoba. You are responsible for coordinating and administering Owner contractors and equipment vendors during delivery and installations of furniture, fixtures and equipment during the Operational Readiness phase of the project on the site of the work.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and verifying contract progress;
- Receive and Manage construction and equipment deliveries;
- Manage and control access to areas of construction by owner vendors and equipment installers;
- Coordinate on site activities between owner Vendors and owner Construction Manager;
- Daily progress reports on equipment deliveries and vendor installations.

**Qualifications**

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Sound judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Monitoring equipment installation work and daily reporting;
- Report Writing.

**Education and Experience**
- Secondary School Graduate Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a project delivery environment.
