Business Development Manager for Southern Ontario Company

Overview:
**FINEX SYSTEMS**: North-American leader in multipurpose fiber cement panels with an excellent reputation of quality, FINEX product lines are very versatile and shows long term performance. FINEX, is based out of Quebec, a company established for over 25 years, and distributed nation wide. Our partners in market will work with the Business Development Manager to help continue to grow business by building strong relationships with architects and builders, and by supporting dealers in capturing existing and new creating new opportunities.

**CEMFORT PANELS**: In addition to FINEX’s offer, the representative will have to his/her disposal the renowned CEMFORT, superior quality architectural concrete panels, manufactured in Canada. Offering unique products lines and installation systems that will attract the attention of construction professionals and architects. CEMFORT has been specified and sold for the last decade in Canada and the US, with exponential growth and continuous innovation on our product lines.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to cultivate new business opportunities by building new and existing relationships in southern Ontario. This position is best suited for someone who is sales driven, personable, and looking to build a business.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent years of experience in demonstrating success
- 5 + years of experience in construction sales, working with trades, architects, and dealers.Proficiency in MS office, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication in written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel and self driven.

**OFFER**
- Excellent base salary.
- Yearly commission on total sales of territory with objectives met & bonus for surpassing objectives
- Monthly commission based on first sale to every new stocking dealer.
