As an Account Manager, you will be integral to our sales team, focusing on growing and maintaining your book of business. This role demands a proactive approach to client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. You will strategize and implement sales initiatives that resonate with our clientele in the advertising and PR sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Find, develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring continuous business and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within the experiential marketing landscape and convert leads into lasting partnerships.
- Manage and oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to signing contracts and managing the event.
- Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our unique offerings and solutions.
- Regularly visit clients in the Toronto area to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience within a PR, Experiential Marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Strong background in experiential marketing with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience in making visually appealing proposals that communicate ROI effectively
- Residency in Toronto, with the ability to conduct in-person client visits as needed.
- Ability to travel as needed

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $68,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
