EB Solution is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is self-driven, organized and thrives under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision. Our company is currently in the stage of hyper-growth, we are looking for a member who will grow and develop with us.

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Full charge bookkeeping: end to end bookkeeping for company which includes accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) and payroll
- Prepare monthly reconciliations (banks, credit cards, prepaid's etc.)
- GST/HST, EHT, WSIB calculations and remittances
- Assist in the year-end process including preparation of materials data analysis and dealing with our external accounting firm.
- Creating quote based off vendor purchase orders
- Update client’s reoccurring contracts for monthly billing.
- Follow up with customers to collect payment for overdue AR Accounts
- Maintain files for all accounting records
- Provides general administrative duties while projecting a professional image at all times
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/payroll experience
- Minimum 1 full accounting cycle with QuickBooks Online.
- Must have excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required
- Knowledge and/or experience in the IT industry is an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
