**The Role**:
The Terminal Operations Administrator - (Sherwood/Calgary Terminals) is part of a team of 15 people at two sites with the objective of delivering safe and reliable operations to serve Shell’s fuel customers in the local market. Adherence to both Shell and Regulatory Compliance, maintaining Shell’s “License to Operate” is essential. The role is a key interface with Carriers and Drivers, and is important in maintaining day-to-day processes, administrating the Terminal Automation System (TAS), inventory management, and procuring goods and materials.

**Accountabilities**
- Collaborating with Terminal Staff and Operators as well as Drivers in line with Shell’s Code of Conduct, while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture
- Administers the terminal hourly payroll process including overtime adjustments and vacation time.
- Supports and champions No Harm to People; Zero Spills/Leaks
- Monitors additive inventory levels and ensures deliveries are on time to avoid impacts to customer product availability
- Ensures One SDS database is kept current
- Helps to maintain a high level of terminal reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring product availability for Shell’s customers
- Assists with maintenance work order administration to ensure the monthly tasks are complete and documented properly
- Maintains the Asset Management System (Hexagon) database for the two locations
- Works with Operations team to complete daily stock balance and flags out of tolerances for further investigation
- Helps to ensure product recipes are correct and adjusts data in TAS to deliver the right product to the right customer
- Minimize costs through analysis and proper planning of material ordering and consumption rates
- Supports the monthly terminal budget review process with up-to-date and accurate information as well as timely expense report submissions

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum 5+ years of related role experience, preferably in Terminals or Plants
- Knowledge of HSSE management systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP an additional asset
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
