**Position Title: Client & Operations Specialist**

**Job Type**: Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)

Location: Eph Apparel Head Office, 190 Smith St. Winnipeg, MB.

As a Client & Operations Specialist at Eph Apparel, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service and efficient operations. This multifaceted position combines elements of customer care, order support, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless experience for our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
- Process reimbursements, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies, demonstrating integrity and attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on their order status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify trends in client feedback and inquiries, collaborating with the Operations and Sales teams to develop innovative solutions and streamline processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-production reviews of client orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to production, and liaise with the Operations team to facilitate timely order processing.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in client support, or a client-facing role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centric approach to communication.
- Flexible work schedule with the willingness to accommodate occasional shifts as needed.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to ask questions and seek guidance.
- Knowledge of suits, garment alterations, or têxtiles is a plus but not required.
- Must have a positive attitude; someone who enjoys coming to work and interacting with clients and co-workers alike
