We are seeking a Long-Term Planning Analyst to join our Asset Management division. You will be responsible for facilitating the
required collaboration and identifying, documenting, and optimizing the business processes key in producing a transparent,
automated, and dynamic Asset Management Plan (AMP).

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Is a specialist and provides expertise related to process refinement within asset management.
- Participate in and/or lead cross-functional multidiscipline teams that deal with complex strategic issues related to the
- integration of information into the AMP.- Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to leaders and senior leaders.
- Contribute to the development of the strategic roadmap for the AMP and provide recommendations on formats and structures
- to optimize value for internal and external stakeholders.- trends, and future demand analysis for incorporation into the AMP.- Perform complex research and analysis to optimize business processes and future integrations related to the AMP.
- Develop and recommend changes to processes, procedures, and platforms at the division/business unit and/or corporate

level for integration into the AMP; Will advocate and negotiate changes with stakeholders to reach consensus to align with a
chosen path; Will participate and/or lead the implementation and change management.
- Represent the corporation with industry groups (CEATI & Institute of Asset Management) related to asset management and

asset investment planning; Ensure the consideration and integration of industry trends and standards to optimize the AMP.
- Continuously improve asset management departmental, divisional, and Centre of Expertise SharePoint sites.
- Facilitate the integration of assets outside of Manitoba Hydro's electric and gas systems into the AMP.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Graduate with a business or related four-year degree from a university of recognized standing with a minimum of six years'

experience, including two years' experience associated with business process refinement and two years' experience in asset
management, maintenance, operations, design, or other field within the asset lifecycle.
OR
- Graduate in engineering from a university of recognized standing with a minimum of six years' experience, including two

years' experience associated with business process refinement and two years' experience in asset management,
maintenance, operations, design or other fields within the asset lifecycle.
AND
- Professional member in good standing with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills including technical written communication; Ability to adjust communciation
- appropriate to targeted audience.- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective working

- skills with M365 productivity tools (SharePoint Online, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.).- An Institiute of Asset Management Certificate in Asset Management would be considered an asset.
- Good working knowledge of Copperleaf software would be considered an asset.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $43.40 -$59.92 Hourly,
$83,164.38-$114,818.86 Annually.
