**The Opportunity**:
A new **entry level** opportunity to support the invoice processing and collection of patients and or customer accounts. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners. This position performs collection calls, prints and mails monthly statements, processing customer payments, applies payments in Kroll and sets up and maintains customer and vendor accounts

**A Day in the Life (What you will do here)**:

- **Collecting past due accounts**:

- **Weekly printing, preparing, and mailing out customer statements from Kroll**.
- **Perform daily cash management duties, including daily cheque deposits, processing customer payments using Moneris, e-transfer payments and posting the payment to the accounts receivable sub-ledger in Kroll.**:

- **Provide excellence in customer service; answer customer inquiries, provide copies of statements and explanation of changes as required.**:

- **Set up and maintenance of customer and vendor accounts**:

- Contacting patients to update patients’ address and credit card details.
- Identify opportunities to ensure tasks are completed as accurately and efficiently as possible.
- Assist with other Accounts Receivable duties as required.

**What you need to ensure you are set up for success**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar
- Experience in pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Experience with collections is preferred.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong team player and works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision - Quick learner / self-starter.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High degree of accuracy.
- Be flexible and able to effectively work with the team and adapt to change in a positive manner.
