An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
**Procurement Business Partner** to join the Bradken team. This position can be located in Mont-Joli Qc or Edmonton AL.

The Procurement Business Partner supports employees and suppliers in their region with end-to-end procurement activities by providing expert advice and guidance ensuring procurement is executed in alignment with Bradken’s procurement strategy, policies and frameworks, from vendor and partner selection to the subsequent development, execution and implementation of goods and services contracts and agreements.

You will be responsible for facilitating local level Ideas Capture Workshops' with purpose to build 1-3 year local value generation plans and to build supply partnerships with regional and local suppliers through the active use of Supplier Relationship Management framework.

You will also provide support and guidance at the local and regional level per the category matrix. You will negotiate contracts for the sub category level risk, consolidating spend. Supporting contract implementation in region, reducing leakage and increasing compliance awareness.

Additionally, you will communicate to Category Managers regarding any opportunities to improve contract conditions, price, terms, delivery, lead-time, quality and delivery performance expectations, working capital, digitizing of the process, and any negative conditions impacting site requirements.

**Key Technical Criteria**:

- Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply or similar qualification
- Demonstrated Experience in end to end procurement of goods and services
- Experience in manufacturing organization environment
- Experience in developing and executing Supplier Relationship Management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in order to communicate collaboratively across all levels within the organization
- ERP Microsoft excel, P2P, B2B, word ppt, SaaS programs i.e. Jaggaer
