**Job Description**:
As a People & Culture Business Partner (Temporary) at Earth Rated, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture department during an 18-month maternity leave replacement contract. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including primarily recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and various P&C initiatives.

With an emphasis on talent acquisition and experience as well as providing strategic People & Culture support to our team, this role requires a well-rounded understanding of People & Culture practices. Serving as the primary point of contact for all P&C inquiries, you'll play a central role in supporting the department's functions. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into cross-departmental collaborations, working closely with leaders from various teams and gaining valuable exposure to diverse aspects of our organization.

Ce poste comprend diverses responsabilités, notamment le recrutement, les relations avec les employés, la gestion des performances et diverses initiatives en matière de T&C.

Avec un accent sur l'acquisition de talents et l'expérience talents, ainsi que sur le soutien stratégique, ce rôle nécessite une compréhension globale des pratiques en matière de Talents et Culture. En tant que point de contact principal pour toutes les questions liées aux T&C, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le soutien des fonctions du département. **Votre temps sera réparti en 2 composantes principales**: 60 % de soutien général en Talents et Culture et 40 % de soutien en acquisition de talents/expérience (en fonction des mandats ouverts).

**General P&C support (60%)**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all team member inquiries related to P&C initiatives, procedures, office best practices, and general P&C matters.
- Support Performance & Development activities at Earth Rated, such as triggering our bi-annual P&D cycle or 360° Feedback cycle, crafting development plans or performance improvement plans in partnership with leaders, and tracking team member progress.
- Assist in the coordination of team member training sessions and development programs alongside the Director of P&C.
- Coordinate, compile, and analyze the results of our bi-annual engagement survey, Team Rated.
- Craft People & Culture communications, including announcements, guidelines, and newsletter content, to ensure clarity and alignment with our tone, culture and values.
- Draft offer letters, bonus letters, annual increase letters, employment confirmations, and any other documents that may be needed by the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support P&C initiatives and projects.
- Work alongside the Director of P&C to maintain exceptional service levels for the team.

**Talent Acquisition/ Experience (40%)**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and fill staffing needs.
- Create Success Profiles and interview questions that reflect role requirements.
- Conduct interviews, including preliminary screens and in-person/virtual interviews.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on the hiring process and applicant feedback, ensuring they are adequately prepared for interviews and efficiently utilizing the hiring platform.
- Maintain Lever, our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Assist in the design and implementation of any recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies to fill open positions efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Generalist or HRBP role (or similar capacity).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
