**What We Are Looking For**:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment supporting various functions including finance & accounting, IT, and marketing
- Experience using recruitment platforms, ATS and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to identify and engage with top talent
**Bonus If You Have These Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees in a professional and diplomatic manger
- Ability to think outside of the box and use data to tell a story to enhance recruitment strategic initiatives

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Work collaboratively with the hiring manager to understand current and future hiring needs, including behavioral and technical competencies required for the role
- Continuously build a talent pipeline and talent pools for future opportunities and hard-to-fill positions
- Generate, prepare, and distribute recruitment analytics to business leaders and identify recruitment trends of process improvements and provide recommendations to elevate talent acquisition at Empire
- Propose, plan, implement and evaluate participation in career fairs, networking opportunities, school partnerships and/or events to enhance Empire Communities brand in the market
