**A “Day in the Life” of a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist**
- **Strategic Talent Acquisition**: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key corporate roles, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- ** Strategic Talent Partnership and Employer Branding**: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs, develop proactive recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding initiatives to position GFL Environmental as an industry-leading employer.
- ** Data-Driven Recruitment and Talent Pipeline Development**
- ** Diversity and Inclusion**: Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, ensuring that our hiring practices are equitable and inclusive.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- 3-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a corporate, agency, or executive search setting.
- IT recruitment experience and bilingualism (English/French) are assets.
- Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in cold/warm calling and skilled in data analysis to drive recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and professional networking.
