**The Position**:
We’re growing our team and looking for a Network Administrator that will help develop and maintain our network systems. The role is part of our IT team that is distributed across Canada and the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to demonstrate their solid technical skills and to continue to grow professionally.

**What You Will Do**:

- Administer the following:

- Advanced Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Azure
- WAN/LAN/WLAN systems
- Backup/recovery
- RMM
- Asset management
- Independently troubleshoot system issues locally and remotely
- Maintain IT related procedures to ensure consistent use
- Develop and maintain training documentation and resources as needed
- Perform system audits and reviews logs
- Hardware/software procurement

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or alternate relevant IT certifications along with experience and exceptional capability
- 5+ years’ experience in IT network support/administration/development
- Strong Cybersecurity principles (best practice, MFA, user education)

Experience with the following:

- Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- LAN/WAN/WLAN management
- Network cabling management & general Telco support
- Configuring and deploying new workstations and software
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the tenacity to resolve issues completely
- Ability to write work instructions/knowledgebase entries
- Ability to train teammates and systems users
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; easily partners with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Continuous improvement attitude in daily work
- Ability to manage confidential data

- Ubiquiti Unifi/UNMS
- Jamf MDM
- Support Ticketing/KB systems
- PowerShell scripting
- Basic Microsoft SQL administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
