**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an ERP & IT Administrator who will be responsible for Stance’s ERP and other IT systems to meet the needs of the organization.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage migration from Syteline v9.01 on premise to the Infor v10 cloud.
- Administer critical system settings and configuration in Infor Syteline.
- Troubleshoot Syteline errors and performance issues as they arise; ensure any issues are dealt with promptly. Work with Infor on support where required.
- Maintain and automate key tasks/forms to ensure Syteline is running optimally.
- Research and advise users/managers within Stance on the different options they have for processes within Syteline.
- Assist in developing training material on these processes, where required.
- Assist in the training of end-users on Syteline functionalities and best practices.
- Document Syteline Administration Processes to ensure business continuity and institutional memory.
- Test and deploy new releases and features released by Infor.
- Contribute to Infor CPQ programming as required.
- Research other functionalities available in Syteline and the rest of the Infor v10 Cloud (Infor OS, Document Management, Birst etc.) that may be useful and improve current processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Syteline technologies and trends to recommend best practices and improvements.
- Design and implement form personalization and customization (using Infor-approved, upgrade-safe techniques) as needed by departments, when a need cannot be met with standard functionality.
- Create and modify Dataview reports to meet the needs of users and departments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and modifications.
- Manage integrations between Syteline and other software.
- Assist with other IT related tasks on site, including troubleshooting network and hardware issues and managing other company servers, working with Stance’s IT contractor who handles the network infrastructure and security.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Strong project management, time management, and resource management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment with internal and external members, and to complete work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including: MS Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access), and Infor CSI (ERP)
- Broad understanding of the different functional areas of business and how they interact with each other
- Highly self-motivated
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with database design and querying.
- Familiarity with system integration methodologies and APIs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions
