ROLE SUMMARY Join a team of high-energy creative individuals and work on a group of the most beloved brands in North America. DraftLine is searching for an Account Associate that will support our ongoing needs. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive our team’s development of creative solutions for our various communications objectives and of various social avenues. You will be collaborating with our talented Creative team and our Account Leads to execute deliverables big and small, digital, and otherwise, with exceptional quality and proficient speed.

As an Account Associate you will:

- Identify opportunities to add business value
- Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within guidelines of a program; anticipate problems and solutions.
- Manage brand team’s expectations and help to make all plans operational
- Work with the creative team and brand team to define required deliverables to accomplish project and campaign tasks
- Participate and schedule meetings and presentations
- Request and schedule resources for creative
- Be responsible for finance on admin/billing/tracking for your projects
- Translate and present specifications and project requirements to creative/ studio teams
- Obtain internal and legal approvals for any projects you are leading
- Obtain ASC/RACJ approvals for any projects you are leading
- Liase with external partners to deliver campaign assets that align with the specifications of each medium and delivery requirements
- Participate and lead project statuses, ensuring all documents are shared and inputted into prior by working team
- Organize and project manage content shoots with our internal Photographer
- Coordinate unified POVs and presentations when external partners are part of projects, collecting inputs from PR, Media, Creative, Strategy, Analytics and Experiential Marketing teams.

Must Haves:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related discipline
- At least 1 year of professional account management experience for digital marketing programs from either a marketing agency or client side.
- Experience in retail media and/ or digital publishing is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in project management tools
- Familiarity with agile practices, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude
- A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to navigate and operate across a complex matrixed organization
