**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Accounts Receivable associate will work with the accounting team for the overall collections for Wholesale and B2B business within L’OCCITANE. Additionally, the Accounts Receivable associate will work on resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collections
- Responsible for collection for wholesale, Business to Business and Corporate Gift businesses
- Follow up on past due invoices
- Deposit all check payments and process all credit card payments
- Provide statements to customers
- Analyze AR aging reports, highlight results to management as required
- Chargebacks
- Review all chargebacks to verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments and customers
- Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions with coordination of Customer Service
- Other
- Participation in month end and year end close
- Assist with daily reconciliation of cash & credit cards in Trintech
- Assist with all ad hoc projects
- All other duties or projects as assigned

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:

- Reduction of DSO.
- Timely resolution of chargebacks

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**EDUCATION**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or related field

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting with knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements

**SKILLS**:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills necessary
- Strong communication skills required
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- SAP is a plus

**PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to travel to Toronto Office following hybrid schedule
