**PRIMARY PURPOSE**
Long-term growth leads to business success — and here at Conversion, you will play a crucial role in our growth by helping push our vision forward. Reporting to the VP of Growth, as an experienced Business Development lead you will be responsible for:
- Establishing Conversion as the market-leading experimentation agency;
- Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities
- Managing our sales process
- including discovery, pitching, negotiating, and closing opportunities
- Providing visibility and predictability on our new business pipeline,
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- You will be responsible for engaging and closing new business development opportunities, with a primary focus on acquiring new logos.
- You will identify and research key contacts and accounts to firmly build the foundations for sales engagement
- You will diligently qualifying prospects to ensure they are a right fit for our services
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on activity and projected outcomes, maintaining the CRM to provide visibility, and meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual KPIs
- You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to support lead generation through events and other activities, building a strong and consistent pipeline of strategic accounts.
- You'll develop a deep understanding of our service and the market to accurately represent our company and value proposition.
- Constantly review and carry out broader market research to determine customer needs and feed back into the business.

- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for Conversion and its growth potential
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- You are a business-savvy individual skilled at identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- You excel at driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability, driven by results.
