### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to oversee and recruit vendors for this new downtown Toronto outdoor food and flea market (vintage clothing, bakery foods, prepared foods, antiques ,arts and crafts jewellery,etc.

## Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Supervise and provide guidance to store managers in multiple locations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
- Implement effective marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues in a timely manner

## Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and vendors
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6-7 months

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
