About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing Vice President to join our team at Up Fundraising. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate marketing resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to implement organizational marketing policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major marketing departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish marketing objectives for the organization and formulate or approve marketing policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in marketing negotiations or other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Work Environment
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
