Marketing Vice-President Job Description

At Up Fundraising, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice-President to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including allocating resources, establishing departments, and setting policies.
  • Team Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff, creating optimal working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Workplace Information: Hybrid
