We are looking for an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our passionate and dedicated crew at Mountain West Studios. If you love working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, we want you on our team

We are Mountain West Studios (MWS), a school photography company that's been around since 1980 and that provides schools with essential yet exciting photography products and services.

In this role, you will work closely with our Territory Managers and schools, performing administrative tasks. You will lead in the planning, coordination, and execution of school photography events, develop comprehensive B2B product knowledge and perform other duties as needed.

You will report to the Client Partnership Manager and will work closely with other members of our sales, photography, and lab team out of our Burnaby Head Office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Confirm all details of the photo events two weeks prior with schools (confirmation) in Google workspace
- Create data collection requests for schools and school district offices
- Confirm photo dates with photographers and provide photographers with shooting schedules and assignment details
- Create reports from Acuity to produce QR codes to share with students
- Create and manage job tickets within the company's CRM and conduct pre-checks
- Act as a touchpoint for schools for all communications required
- Act as liaison between Territory Managers and the schools regarding service items
- Create and send out school satisfaction surveys
- Create and execute service agreements through HelloSign
- Maintain an accurate and updated client info list in our company CRM
- Support the Sales Team with lead management
- Prepare photographers' assignment packages
- Manage House Accounts, including providing customer service and scheduling
- Communicate with and build relationships with the lab staff and production team on a daily basis

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant office administration experience
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in the education field is an asset
- Excellent computer skills, and the ability to learn new programs.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word and Excel); Google workspace, and mail merge.
- A pleasant and upbeat demeanor, and the ability to work well with others.
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving, and the ability to work with confidential information
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid time-management skills.

**Hours**:
40 hours per week

**Work Location**:
We are located centrally in Burnaby, close to Metrotown, and are a convenient 5-minute walk from the Royal Oak Skytrain station.
