**Mandate**
- We are looking for a high energy individual experienced with business development activities (prospecting, lead nurturing and mange client relations) T_ _he incumbent will play a key role in converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads and ultimately, help the sales professionals achieve their sales goals._**CHALLENGES TO BE MET**
- Outbound sales calls with the expectation that you’ll convert marketing qualified leads to appointments with our sales specialists
- You’ll contribute to the overall sales targets of the business and support our net promoter scores
- Evaluating new prospects and pre-qualifying new prospects
- Maintains a detailed opportunity pipeline, utilizing our CRM platform
- Utilize the tools, technology and business processes within the business designed to help you be successful and make for a meaningful customer experience
- Contribute to operational improvements aimed at streamlining procedures/processes that enhance the client experience and promote the team's ability to deepen client relationships
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Bi/Multi Lingual (English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Experience engaging with prospects - answering questions and giving a high level overview of our business, value proposition and benefits to further engaging with KFF
- A university degree or equivalent industry experience is required
- 2+ years in Financial Services
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Track record of delivery and results
- Someone eager to learn, with a strong desire to make an impact, contributing to our growth and passionate about personal and professional development
