**Profile**

The **Business Coordinator** will coordinate Engineering business activities across all sites to allow business to run efficiently.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support Business Processes & Tools - Create, bridge, or collect key cross-functional processes (HR, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, etc.) for running the business across locations.
- Support communication and planning activities for Engineering team including event calendars, townhalls and employee communication
- Support Governance activities for leadership team & coordinate strategic planning activities
- Support financial activities including annual budget coordination, monthly accruals, supplier invoices, travel expenses, chargeback, etc.
- PR creation, PR checklist, approvals, vendor set up, PO communication with supplier, invoicing activities in IFS
- General other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Business and Finance would be beneficial
- 2-5 years of related work experience
- Business Certification

**Skills**
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and time management skills, foresight, accuracy and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated, autonomous, and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
