**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Marketing, the Manager, Enterprise Marketing supports the success of the Marketing Team globally, with a focus on Canada, by delivering long-term and product-agnostic projects that advance the Scotiabank brand and business strategy. The Manager will deliver recommendations and / or executional tasks as assigned. This role is meant to facilitate foundational elements for the business to fuel growth. Ensures business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
- Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Delivers and executes projects that differentiate Scotiabank from its competitive set and builds trust with stakeholder groups (internal and external). Re-enforces our core purpose _for every future. _
- Able to deliver work in alignment with planned strategic approaches, with support from senior leaders. Leverages relationships and works to build an appropriate network to complete tasks.
- Develops and executes low-to-medium complexity marketing campaigns autonomously and medium-to-high complexity marketing strategies with support. This could look like acting as a project lead/program manager in delivering work packages.
- Understands how to navigate ambiguous requests by identifying support required. Understands how to create support to deliver tasks that have often not been completed before.
- Accountable for research, including competitive monitoring (creative and media), consumer insight mining, market trends, etc. Identifies actionable insights from research.
- Supports in the development of presentations and materials for senior leaders and other teams to highlight strategic direction and gain buy-in.
- Summarizes results and highlights key wins and opportunities based on performance.
- Partners effectively with other areas of Marketing.
- Contributes to development and deployment of creative assets, working collaboratively with our agency partners as required, ensuring delivery is on spec and on time.
