We are looking to add an experienced Product Marketing Manager to fuel revenue growth by crafting and executing strategies to generate new business opportunities, nurturing qualified leads, and fostering strong client relationships in collaboration with our sales and marketing team members.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Kanata. Spending time in the office provides a unique opportunity to connect with a dynamic team, share insights, and immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where ideas thrive and energy is contagious.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- **Product Positioning & Storytelling**:

- Develop a strategic narrative and compelling product positioning tailored to target personas.

**Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy**
- Plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and existing products, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and development teams.
- Collaborate with the team to define target audiences, messaging, and value propositions to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmap priorities and customer feedback.
- Continuously craft and communicate engaging stories about our solutions, with a focus on the construction industry.
- Share and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for product positioning and market penetration.

**Sales Enablement**
- Create and maintain compelling sales tools, including product guides, and customer-facing collateral.
- Build strategies for direct and channel sales groups, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.
- Train sales teams on product messaging and key differentiators.

**Market Analysis & Insights**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in construction technology.
- Leverage insights to inform product positioning, marketing strategies, and new opportunities for market penetration.
- Share findings with internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and innovation.

**Customer Engagement**
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Partner with the design team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to create compelling testimonials, case studies, and user stories by building direct relationships with customers to highlight Corfix product value.

**Performance Tracking & Optimization**
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs like conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
- Make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 7+ years of SaaS product marketing experience preferably in a startup environment.
- A completed post-secondary education in a Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with ease.
- A strong curiosity about the people who consider, buy, and use our product.
- A strategic thinker about product-market fit and can translate market insights into creative and impactful campaigns that drive demand.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a strong asset.
