Le Leader des Ventes doit supporter le gerant à gérer efficacement leur magasin en fonction de la politique d'entreprise et de la procédure, et d'aider à l'ensemble des responsabilités du gerant. Bien que votre rôle sera mis sur les initiatives de ventes, vos responsabilités sont également à fournir un excellent service pour le client, informer et renforcer les politiques et procédures pour des employés. Participe à des routines quotidiennes des opérations et d'adhérer au marchandisage visuel pour la marque Swatch. connaissance des produits, le service à la clientèle et en aidant à satisfaire les initiatives de magasin. Vous posséderez les compétences Swatch suivantes: l'orientation client, conduire les résultats, constituer des équipes et des relations efficaces, la créativité et la résolution de problèmes, et l'humilité et l'intégrité.

RESPONSABILITÉS:
**SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE ET VENTES**
- Entraîner et motiver les associés aux ventes pour fournir une excellente expérience client en donnant l'exemple. - Fournir un service rapide et courtois tout en complétant chaque transaction d'une manière rapide et efficace, réduire les retards à la clientèle. - Développer une connaissance approfondie de tous les principaux et lance des produits Swatch à offrir des conseils de sélection de clients. - Aider à la communication des objectifs de ventes et les résultats de performance pour les associés aux ventes; équipe de gestion du magasin de mise à jour sur les observations de performance. - Diriger les ventes par réunion et / ou dépassant les objectifs de vente. - utiliser activement les techniques de vente à influencer plusieurs articles par transaction - Rencontrer et/ou dépasser les indicateurs clés de performance et les objectifs (SPH, UPT, etc) - Assure les employés sont conscients de leurs objectifs de vente pour aider à motiver leur performance

**OPÉRATIONS** - S'assurer que lespoints devente (PDV) les transactions sont traitéesavec précision. Aider àun traitement efficaceet rapide deslivraisons(reçues /transmises), changement de prix, re-étiquetage, le stockage et laremplissageselon les directives. -Respecter lesprocédures d'ouverture etde fermeture. - Respecter lesprocessusde contrôle des stockspour éviter les pertesd'actifs. -Suivezles directivesde la direction etl'exécutiondes normesde marchandisage. - S'assurer quetoutes les normesvisuelleset d'entretiensont respectéesde manière cohérente.Serviren tant d’un représentant en matière de santéet de sécurité; prévenir les accidents etsignaler tous les incidentsdeconditionset/ou pratiques dangereusesen temps opportun. -Servir en tant d’unmodèlederôle à l'égarddes politiques et desprocéduresSwatch(ex:code vestimentaire, la tenue de temps, de remises sur achats, etc.)

**MARCHANDISAGE VISUEL** -Aider à laréalisation et la maintenancedes normesboutiquede marchandisage. - S'assurer quetoutes les normesvisuelleset d'entretiensont respectéesde manière cohérente.

**AUTRES** - Maintenir de la sécurité en milieu de travail; prévenir les accidents et signaler tous les incidents de conditions et / ou pratiques dangereuses en temps opportun. - Sert de modèle de rôle à l'égard des politiques et des procédures Swatch (ex: code vestimentaire, la tenue de temps, rabais commerciaux, etc)

**EXIGENCES** - Disponibilité à travailler ouverture et de fermeture; heures flexibles, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés. - Expérience de la vente au moins 2 ans au détail, de préférence dans la mode et/ou accessoires. - Solides compétences en communication (verbale et écrite), y compris de solides compétences en établir des relations. - Résultats orientés avec un niveau élevé de l'énergie et de l'enthousiasme - Aptitude à communiquer de manière concise et claire et compréhensible. - Doit être un self-starter qui fonctionne bien de façon autonome et dans des environnements de l'équipe

**STATUT D'EMPLOI** Employés doivent maintenir la disponibilité ouverte pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise et peuvent être requis de travailler plus de 29 heures par semaine, certains jours fériés et dates d'interdiction.

**CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL** Un effort physique modéré est nécessaire et la capacité de rester sur pieds est nécessaire pour la majorité de chaque quart de travail. Bien que cette position présente un faible risque de blessure, le poste exige de soulever, pousser, tirer et de maintenir (jusqu'à 35 livres avec le support approprié) des boîtes et des accessoires de magasin, ainsi que, mise au point importante au moment de remplir les documents, la gestion de trésorerie ou en utilisant le PDV
