At the divisional level, you will lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design projects to deliver company-wide results. You will also act as the single point of contact on employee relations issues for your division and support divisional leadership on engagement initiatives. The role will build strategic partnerships with executive leaders and their relevant teams. We are committed to a culture of high-performance and as a Human Resources Business Partner you will reinforce this through your participation in the recruitment process, onboarding, succession planning and the annual performance review cycle.
As an expert in people-centric opportunities and challenges, you will leverage your understanding of project and change management best practices to support the continued evolution of AIMCo. You will deliver leading edge strategic human resources services that are globally competitive. Your background will be rounded out with knowledge of HR best practices, DEI and an enthusiasm for analytics.
**Responsibilities**
- Helping to shape our culture of high-performance you will rely on your workforce planning expertise to support assigned business areas in achieving organizational objectives
- Coaching leaders to adopt and embrace leading approaches to bring out the best in high performance teams
- Implementing organizational design initiatives that support our position as a leading institutional investor
- Developing bespoke training solutions that support and develop employees to be globally recognized as best-in-class
- Addressing employee relations and delivering resolution plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of related experience
- Advanced experience in workforce planning, employee relations and human resources compliance
- Knowledge of best practices in DEI
- Enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
- Refined interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of industry trends relating to Human Resources and embraces emerging disciplines including data analytics and automation
- Thrives when providing innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Attention to detail that is unparalleled
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to AIMCo’s core values of excellence, transparency, humility, integrity and collaboration, and inspires the same in others
**Success Measures**
- After 12 months in this role, you will have knowledge of the business areas across AIMCo and will have contributed in a meaningful way to enhancing our high-performance culture
