**What You’ll Do**
- Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy in partnership with our sales leadership team.
- Serve as the face of the company by understanding our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients. Support the creation of a scalable onboarding program to accelerate new seller productivity and shorten ramp times.
- Build out and manage the collaboration platform for sales enablement, to improve content accessibility and effectiveness, making it easier for the team to find the right resources at the right time.
- Help organize quarterly business reviews, training sessions, and other initiatives as needed to support sales growth.
- Enable sales team members to effectively communicate our unique value proposition and competitive differentiators to customers through robust sales tools.
- Deliver timely, relevant sales information and updates across multiple channels to keep the sales team and key stakeholders informed.
- Partner with operations to maximize the effectiveness of sales systems, improving processes that drive insights and transparency.
- Work closely with the broader revenue team and analysts to support strategic sales objectives.
- Track and report on enablement initiatives, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance sales productivity and support Orennia’s revenue growth goals.

**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of applicable SaaS experience in sales enablement, sales operations or sales support.
- Hold a diploma or undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organization and coordination skills.
- Self-starter and excellent problem-solver.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Have working knowledge of tools and technologies to support sales enablement strategies (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion).
- Resourceful in leveraging content and design tools (such as Adobe, Canva, Miro, AI platforms).
- The ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
