Come join our team in the role of **Data Management Specialist **This position focuses on operations and maintenance of Commercial data products, to be discoverable and accessible to enable programs, commercial reporting, and CRM business processes

**What You'll Do**:

- Design, enable and provide process execution of data processes used by the Canadian business.
- Support master file processes such as retail master, grower offer master processes.
- Run and maintain the combined transactional data sets for the Canadian business, ensuring accurate historical transactional records by executing quality control processes.
- Support the Sales Incentive Program Project Manager with accurate data to enable the calculation Sales Incentive Targets for the Sales Function in Canada (impacting variable pay of sales employees based on their sales target performance).
- Collaborate with the systems team to run and maintain automated data flows between systems.
- Own forecast data to support existing reporting to the business.
- Execute annual Crop Life Report data set.
- Execute annual Clean Farms Report data set.
- Act as the master data administrator for Western Canada SeedWare and Nexera contracting processes

**Qualifications**:** Education**:

- Undergraduate degree is required or commensurate industry experience of 4+ years

Note: This position can be located in Calgary, and also virtual will be considered.

**What Skills You Need**:

- Database and master data administration - how to meet the internal and external data requirements to enable our sales, marketing, communication, and program payment activities.
- Data integration - how to keep information of the same accounts synchronized between multiple databases, and updated in a timely function to enable a 360 degree view of our customer
- Data quality - how to maintain clean and accurate data sets, remove duplication, and reduce error rate
- Data and process interdependencies - plan and anticipate how management of data in one source has impact on other data sources and functions
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with software including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce.
